We are looking for a motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently carrying out various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of the company.

Manage and update administrative systems and databases.

Assist in financial administration, including invoicing and accounting tasks.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Maintain contact with customers and suppliers,

Minimum EPI unit Economics, Financial Administration (FA).

Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to work independently with an eye for detail.

Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Exact) is a plus.
