The temporary on-call Human Resources (HR) Junior Assistant has an operational role in the HR department. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, scanning and maintaining HR records.

This position within the HR department offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge in the field of Human Resources. The HR Junior Administrator will report to the HR Manager and work closely with the entire HR team to support the HR needs.

Adhering to all division and local standard policies and procedures.

Reporting to work on time and in proper uniform/attire.

Each team member is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the team member can perform.

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of all HR records.

Maintain databases and HR information systems by entering and updating employee data.

Provide general administrative support, filing documents, scanning files.

Sets a positive example for employee relations.

Interacts with employees, effectively responds.

Candidates study for a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in an HR-related role or internship is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR software.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
